Happy 4th!

Happy Independence Day to all the "Vanatics" (a new term Mark coined for his "fans"). sorry to say, we'll be taking most of the summer off. But don’t worry, we’ll be back recharged and ready this fall.

Mark has big plans, he'll be spending most of July and August teaching his new puppy to fetch, sipping whiskey poolside, and writing some tunes that's been burning a hole in his head and heart for far too long (his words). Specifically, something about a melody that really captures the essence of growing up in the 70s and how "kids today suck" (again, his words). I for one truly hope the muse shines down on him and it's a big hit. Mainly because we have a deal that we'll split all writing credits 50/50.

I on the other hand, plan to spend the summer practicing the art of meditating, feeding the homeless, and restoring a classic vehicle. (By that I mean, getting drunk, feeding myself burnt hotdog by the fire-pit, and scavenging junkyards for parts to keep the beast running.

We'll be back on the road in September. Can't wait to see you all there. And, if we're lucky, Mark will play us a new tune.
